Refund and Returns Policy

We guarantee our fish to arrive alive and healthy.

Please contact our office via TEXT, PHONE CALL, or EMAIL within 24 hours if there are any issues.

PLEASE NOTE: INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED IN BOX MUST BE FOLLOWED FOR ANY ISSUES WITH THE FISH. NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED THE DAY OF DELIVERY ALONG WITH PICTURES THAT WE WILL NEED EMAILED/TEXT IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO BOX OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS.

Upon receiving contact within the 24 hour period and issues have been noted, we will either issue a refund or place a credit on your account for the agreed upon amount.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
